At Lisa Robin, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Lisa Robin packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the jewelry is protected.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
